Sale, Delivery & No Return of Items Policy
All items sold and sent to you are checked and tested thoroughly and in working conditions before despatching. Thus all items sold/sent are non-refundable and no warranty is provided. RC Hobby Marketing Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to alter and apply the Sale, Delivery & No Return of Items Policy at our absolute discretion.
The shipment cost for the items purchased is dependent upon the total weight of these item(s). The total shipment charges will be shown once you place your orders and perform Checkout.
All shipment and handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. RC Hobby Marketing Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to alter, apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.
Your orders will be processed on a daily basis during business days, Mondays to Fridays. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 2pm (Malaysia Time). Orders that are placed on weekends or Malaysia public holidays will be then be processed on the following business day. Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 ( depends on courier service ) business days once the payment is made and confirmed.
RC Hobby Marketing Sdn. Bhd will make efforts to get your item(s) shipped to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the scheduled delivery can be met at all times since the delivery for certain suburban/remote areas may take a longer time. Delivery times are indicative only and RC Hobby Marketing Sdn. Bhd does not accept any responsibility for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times and/or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
RC Hobby Marketing Sdn. Bhd undertakes to provide an adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit. RC Hobby Marketing Sdn. Bhd does not insure against any loss or damage of your purchase in transit. Upon despatch of the item(s) to the advised recipient address as stated on the order form, any and all risks of damage or loss is the buyer’s responsibility.
The buyer will have to pay for all the delivery charges again if delivery of the items were returned to us due to the incorrect address provided by buyer.
When the payment transaction is successful, an Order Confirmation and a Shipping Tracking Number will be sent to you. Any delay of the shipment or unavailability of purchased items will be notified through email.
